Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $35.

A valid credit card number must be provided prior to scheduling an appointment. Appointment reminders will be sent 24 to 48 hours in advance, confirmation is required at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to confirm within this timeframe may result in cancellation. Customers can cancel their appointments without charge if done 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $35 cancellation fee.
