If you have a promo code please enter it into the notes section while scheduling appointment online. Please text or call office once you arrive to your appointment for faculty to open door. We are located inside Siroki Studio.

A credit card number is required to be on file prior to scheduling an appointment. Appointment reminders are sent out 24-48 hrs in advance. It's important to please confirm appointment within at least 12 hrs prior to scheduled appointment. Appointments not confirmed within 12 hrs of scheduled time may result in a cancellation. Customers may cancel 24 hrs before appointment without charge. Cancellations within 24 hrs are subject to a $35 cancellation fee.
